ORANIZATION:
Saltwater Referral Realty, Inc. is a separate
corporation organized for the purpose of providing referrals to Brokers with
full time licensees. Saltwater Referral Realty, Inc. is a limited function
referral company.
WHAT IS A REFERRAL?
A referral is a lead consisting of particular
information of a prospective buyer, seller or renter which is sent to Saltwater
Referral Realty, Inc. and then distributed to cooperating Brokers.
REFERRAL LICENSEE:
Saltwater Referral Realty, Inc. will be composed
of referral licensees who activate their Florida real estate license with
Saltwater Referral Realty, Inc. Saltwater Referral Realty, Inc. licensees will
be on a referral basis only, but their license is considered active. Licensees
will not be members of the local Association of Realtors, the Florida
Association of Realtors or the National Association of Realtors. Licensees will
not participate in any Association activities or functions, nor attend any
educational or social functions of the Association, nor participate in any MLS
activities or use of any MLS statistical data. Licensees will not be required or
allowed to list or sell any property or participate in the negotiations or
execution of any documents or contracts, nor attend showings of property, canvas
farm areas, hold open houses, attend listing appointments, or closings. Referral
licensees will not make use of facilities, including telephones, conferences
rooms, MLS services, stationary, etc. of any real estate companies.
